Accommodation & inclusive services

• Family rooms and 2–3-room apartments, equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and plenty of space for babies, children and adults 
• Fully equipped baby facilities and Baby Plus facilities (including buggy, baby monitor, changing table, etc.) for carefree family holidays 
• Free WiFi, underground car park, ski storage, boot dryer, luggage room, lift and more Childcare & play programme (Happy Club)
• lovingly cared for by trained supervisors
• Opening hours: 0–4 years 9 a.m.–4 p.m., from 2 years additionally 6–8.30 p.m. (summer & winter) 
• Spacious indoor play area with craft and cosy corners, soft play zone, PlayStation, ball pool, craft room (~200 m²)

Swimming & wellness

• 130 m² panoramic indoor pool heated to 30 °C, children's paddling area and water slide 
• Sauna and steam bath area for parents
• A wide range of individual wellness and beauty treatments (massages, manicures, pedicures, lymphatic drainage and much more) 

All-inclusive culinary pampering board (non-alcoholic):

• Breakfast buffet, lunch snack/snacks, coffee & cake, afternoon snack
• 4-course evening menu of your choice + children's buffet, HIPP baby food 

Procedure: Booking & holiday itinerary

• Enquiry or direct booking:  Non-binding online, by email or telephone and confirmation by deposit 
• Booking entry & included services: You choose your accommodation, dates, meals & any additional programmes
• Arrival & check-in: From 4 p.m., access to baby equipment, press area, wellness, pool
• Childcare & leisure: Childcare in the Happy Club (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; from 2 years old until 8:30 p.m.), swimming, sauna, outdoor activities depending on the season
• Cuisine & catering: Enjoy the all-inclusive pampering board: 4-course menu, snack times, children's buffet
• Sport & recreation: Skiing directly from the hotel (winter), in summer: hikes, mountain railway, outdoor activities
• Departure: Check-out by 10 a.m., leave with lots of memories – clean billing process

The website's compliance with the BaFG was evaluated in the form of a self-test in accordance with WCAG 2.2. Our website is continuously being improved.
