Booking conditions
- All prices plus the currently valid Kleinwalsertal tourist tax (currently € 3.90 - from 1.12.2024 € 4.20) Tourist tax per person and day from 14 years. 7-day packages only valid for arrival on Saturday/Sunday.
- Arrival and departure: Room availability from 3:00 pm, please inform us if you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm. Departure by 10:30 am at the latest.
- Cancellations: In case of written cancellation, the following fees are charged from the pension amount: 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40%, 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%, in the last week 90%.
- Deposit: If you do not pay a deposit, the Alphotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Here you can purchase your travel cancellation insurance online directly from ELVIA.
