5 'Crown' quality
We have introduced our own assessment system to make it easier for our guests to get their bearings and to decide upon Familotels according to transparent performance criteria. We are adding to the well-known star classification with our Familotel ‘crowns’ and are therefore wholly gearing ourselves to suit the needs of families and children. Every guest is a king here with us – which we why we award the facilities and the supervision offer, guest satisfaction and service quality 5 Familotel ‘crowns’!
Kinderhotel Alphotel has been awarded 5 ‘crowns’.
The play area in a hotel for children
The minimum criteria for 5 crowns includes:
- Year-round child supervision, at least 50 hours, for children aged 3 and over; 6 days a week
- A minimum of 2 large supervised playrooms for different age-groups and 1 unsupervised playroom which can be accessed at any time, as well as an outdoor area which offers plenty of variety
- Supervised children’s dining table in the afternoon, at least 6 days a week
- Kids all-inclusive bookable, child-friendly menu
- At least 3 specialisations in the theme areas of winter sport, horse-riding, wellness, teens or baby hotels, singles with child, a holiday with grandma and grandpa or a swimming school
- Indoor pool with child’s pool in the hotel
- Sauna and wellness area
- Special Familotel themed days each week
- Programme of evening events and entertainment for adults too
- Internet access in rooms (some carry a charge for this service)
- Premium baby monitor with mobile listening function
Dining area:
- Tables suitable for families (size, space available)
- Non-smoking restaurant
- Highchairs and firm seat cushions in a variety of heights, crockery, glasses and cutlery for children, rocker
