During your hikes, 6 mountain lifts and 2 chair lifts are available in the summer in the Kleinwalsertal valley and Oberstdorf, with which you can reach your hiking trails. At all mountain or middle stations there are huts or restaurants with sun terrace. As a guest at the Alphotel family-friendly hotel in Austria, all open mountain lifts are free of charge from May to October.

  • Kanzelwandbahn: 18.05.-03.11.24
    The Kanzelwandbahn, a cable car in Kleinwalsertal, starts in Riezlern and takes you on an impressive journey over 960 meters in altitude to the mountain station at 1,957 meters.   • Ifen-Gondelbahn bis zur Mittelstation: 22.06.-27.10.24
    The Ifen-Gondelbahn in picturesque Kleinwalsertal is a true highlight for visitors. This modern cable car comfortably takes you from the valley station in Hirschegg to the mid-station on Ifen, where you are at an altitude of about 1,600 meters. At the mid-station of the Ifen Gondola, the Ifen plateau serves as a starting point for various hikes and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
     
  • Heubergbahn: 18.05.-27.10.24
    The Heubergbahn in Kleinwalsertal takes its visitors to the picturesque mountain world of the region. It starts in Hirschegg and ends 300 meters higher at Heuberg, a popular destination at 1,400 meters altitude, known for its beautiful hiking trails and views.

Arriving at the mountain station at an impressive 1,967 meters altitude, a world full of experiences awaits you.   • Nebelhornbahn: 30.05.-03.11.24
    The Nebelhornbahn in Kleinwalsertal takes you from picturesque Oberstdorf through the air. Climbing over 1,200 meters in altitude, the cable car finally reaches the peak at 2,224 meters. At the top, a spectacular 400-peak view unfolds, attracting visitors from around the world.   • Söllereckbahn: 27.04.-03.11.24
    The Söllereckbahn, your gateway to one of the most charming mountains in Kleinwalsertal, gently lifts you to the heights. Starting from the valley station, the modern cable car glides up, playfully covering the altitude to the mountain station at 1,700 meters. Once at the top, a playground of nature opens up: hiking trails for the whole family, the exciting nature discovery path, or just enjoying the view.
     

From 27th  April to 3rd November 2024 you can use the Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal summer mountain lifts as Alphotel guests free of charge.
