The primordial sauna, which is the source of all other forms of sauna, literally takes you into a sweat box. At 80-90 degrees air temperature and low humidity, things are pretty hot. Various infusions increase the humidity, intensify the sweating and set the organism into motion. A sauna session should not take more than 10 to 15 minutes.

The less temperature-intensive soft version of the classic sauna is perfect for beginners and also children can use it during the family sauna afternons on Tuesdays and Fridays from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The softer temperatures also allow for longer saunas sessions.

In our salt water-steam grotto we bring a healthy sea climate into the alpine idyll. This is because the finely dissolved salt solution is atomised here, and the salt water is distributed gently in the steam bath with the steam. By inhaling the salt- and moisture-rich air, the body is cleansed inside and out, because a salt water steam path is considered a natural remedy with high enjoyment and recreational value. 

In contrast to conventional sauna forms, infrared cabins do not raise the ambient temperature, but heat the body tissue directly. This results in a stronger, deeper form of sweating, which also has a stronger detoxifying and detoxifying effect. In addition, blood circulation is improved, inflammation is reduced and muscle recovery is accelerated after a day of skiing. Infrared cabins are also said to strengthen the immune system and promote cell health.
