Current cancellation conditions during corona time

Spring - Summer - Autumn 2021 – Bookings with an arrivalbetween 20th of May 2021 and 6th of November 2021

• Cancellation of your booking up to 7 days before arrival in writing:
  • Your cancellation is free of charge, any advance payments already made will be refunded 100%.
• Cancellation of your booking less than 7 days before arrival in writing or travel interruption on site:
  • We charge 90% of the offered price.

Winter 2021/2022 - bookings with an arrival after December 11th, 2021

In the event of a written cancellation, according to the ÖHVB, the following fees will be charged from the total amount:

3 months to 1 month before arrival 40%,
1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%,
in the last week 90%.

 Recommendation of travel cancellation or travel interruption insurance:

• The Tourismus Land Vorarlberg has taken out a free Covid-19 cancellation insurance for all guest bookings in Vorarlberg (valid for arrivals up to October 31, 2021).
  In this way, Vorarlberg insure the risk that conventional cancellation insurance may not cover.
  This Covid-19 cancellation insurance automatically applies to cancellations prior to departure for all existing and future overnight bookings in Vorarlberg.
  Only Covid-19 diseases or officially ordered, personal quarantine for you or your family members living in the same household are insured.
  
  
• We therefore generally recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
  Please check the exact insurance benefits of your selected insurance against your individual claims.

If you travel to a region for which the Federal Foreign Office has issued a travel warning or for which an entry ban applies, the insurance is usually overridden. In the event of a travel advice, the insurance is still in effect.
