christmas and new year surcharge for all adults and children from 2 years who take part in the respective festival menu in the dining room:

25.12. : € 25,– per person
31.12. : € 35,– per person incl. music

On booking one doubleroom with two adults and two kids we will give you a price reduction of 10,00 Euro for the second kid per day.

On booking our apartment Heuberg, Söller or Ifen with two adults and three kids we will give you a price reduction of 10,00 Euro for the third kid per day.

All fees plus € 2.30 visitor’s tax per person (age 14 and above), per day. 7-day-flatrate applies only to bookings with arrival on Saturday/Sunday. Arrival and Departure: Rooms available at 3 p.m.; Please let us know if your arrival is after 6 p.m. Departure by 10.30 a.m. at the latest.

Cancellation: If you cancel your booking 90 days prior arrival by written notification, there will be no fee charged. Between 3 and 1 months 40% of the fees will be charged. Between 1 months and 1 week 70% of the fees will be charged. And if you cancel in the last week, 90% will be charged.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
